An insane sociopathic assassin who loves to kill in a graceful and playful style. Hired by Frame Burns, a crime boss who is afraid of the 'ghost' of his last victim, Johnny Wright, Whirl is tasked with killing Johnny again. During their final confrontation, Johnny drags Whirl down to hell.
