Tetsugorou Kusabi is a character who has appeared in The Silver Case, Flower, Sun, and Rain, The 25th Ward: The Silver Case and Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes. He is a detective, a founding member of the Heinous Crimes Unit, and the father of Toriko Kusabi. He made a name for himself in 1979 as "The Man who Arrested Kamui".
