Appears in Moshi Makawari no Koi demo (Substitute for Love). Kazuya is Shinji's older brother, and very opposed to Shinji marrying someone not chosen for the good of the family's business. Mistaking Riku for his twin sister, he imprinsons him in the hopes that the wedding would not take place.
