The leader of the Stray Cats gang, the "Electricity Thieves" whose goal is to steal electricity from Fuzzy Navel's monopoly and distribute it among those in need.

Kirsch has cat ears, long pink hair and wears a latex bodysuit with a tail. She also uses cat claw gloves to attack her opponents. Although she is soft-spoken, she is strong-willed and sometimes takes actions that could be considered selfless.

At first, Kirsch and her gang confronts Jing and Kir to obtain the map of the legendary city of Fuzzy Navel. After being defeated, she returns to pursue Jing and is saved by him during the attack by the city's guardians. In Fuzzy Navel, she begins investigating the city and its secrets in separate forms, but ends up being chosen as a sacrifice for the core of a huge cloud sculpture called "Pesca Gigantesca". After being saved by Jing again, Kirsch finally confesses her fellings to him, albeit indirectly.

Although her arc was not adapted into the anime, Kirsch is the most popular "Jing Girl" among Japanese readers. Her design is heavily inspired by Felicia from the Darkstalkers franchise.
