Hanzawa becomes Ichikawa and Yamada's classmate in their third year, in Class 3-1. She stumbles upon them hiding behind a curtain in the library.
During the school trip, Hanzawa helps Yamada and Ichikawa escape Kanna's flash mob attempts.
