Appears in Kibitsu no Kama (The Cauldron of Kibitsu). Isora is the daughter of the High Priest of Kibitsu. After Shotaro recklessly grabs her and praises her beauty, she becomes so infatuated with him that she demands to marry him, against the wishes of her family and the result of their divinations.

Once they are wed, Isora refuses to let anyone else tend to Shotaro, insisting that it is her duty. Despite being part of the aristocracy, Isora accepts the ways of living of the Izawa family, doing intense physical chores without complaint. She claims that her sole goal is to be a good wife to Shotaro, leaving behind the koto, writing poetry, and singing. Even when Shotaro is found to have been living at a brothel for months, she takes him back without hesitation.

Eventually, she succumbs to the hatred, admitting that she loathes Shotaro. She dies and becomes a vengeful spirit, haunting Shotaro and Sode.
