Reika Kisaragi's boyfriend. He is one of the higher-ups in the MLM system which Reika is part of.


In fact, Andou is a maniac whose only motive for going out with Reika is to approach her daughter (whom he defies as his "goddess"). He is extremely crazy about Tamiko, going so far as to murder Reika in order to be alone with her.
