Makoto Tsuji
About
Tsuji is Mizorogi's editor and has respected his work for many years. However, he suspects Mizorogi of plagiarizing Utsubora from Aki Fujino, and tries to gather evidence to prove it. Tsuji has unrequited feelings for Koyomi and guesses that she, in turn, has feelings for Mizorogi. He is seen by both his coworkers and the writers he is in charge of as very serious and stiff.
About the Utsubora manuscript:
Both Sakura and Fujiko send copies of the Utsubora manuscript to Mizorogi's publisher: while one copy is taken by Mizorogi and passed off as his own writing, the other is in the possession of Tsuji, who hopes to strike it big by discovering the great new talent Aki Fujino.
