Sole survivor of a brutal massacre from General Lin Guangyuan's Manor, Ning Que grew up together with his maidservant Sangsang in the wilderness. He enlisted as a soldier and at the age of 15 was known as the "Woodcutter of Shubi Lake" for his fiercesome ability in killing bandits.
